Gracia101 Talent Solutions is seeking a Global Tech Commercial & Marketing Services Ops Analyst to join the GCMS team. You’ll provide first-line technology and operations support for Content Hub, including DAM, PIM, publishing, and content operations, across multiple geographies and brands.

You’ll monitor incidents, support publishing workflows, ensure data quality, create procedures, and analyze KPI metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in operations support, marketing operations, or similar.
• Fluent English and interest in digital content and marketing tech.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support to Content Hub users and handle requests.
• Monitor incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Support day-to-day content, product information, and publishing workflows.
• Help ensure data quality, including metadata and access controls.
• Create procedures, docs, and knowledge articles.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
