AirHelp is seeking a content-focused copywriter to shape the full customer journey across 35 markets in a hybrid role based in Barcelona or Berlin. You will transform technical insurance features into clear copy that converts, partner with CRM, product, and design teams, and drive measurable revenue through ongoing experimentation and AI-enhanced workflows.

You should have 3+ years in a content role, a track record of revenue impact, and comfort defending your choices in collaborative workshops.

• At least 3 years in a content role in a fast-moving company.
• Proven ability to turn complex legal/financial product features into clear copy.
• Experience delivering content that drives measurable revenue.
• Willingness to be critical of briefs and defend decisions with data.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and push for better tests.
