Jobgether is seeking a Content Marketing Lead based in Spain to shape the narrative of a global employment and HR technology business. You will define the editorial strategy, thought‑leadership agenda, and category story that influence customers, executives, and the wider market.

As a highly autonomous individual contributor, you’ll build AI-powered systems for research, governance, and content reuse, transforming proprietary data into authoritative insights and coordinating newsletters,

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in content, editorial, brand journalism, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated AI-first experience including building agents, workflows, evaluation systems, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional English-language editorial judgment with strong writing, editing, sourcing, and brand voice capabilities.
• Ability to translate proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible business arguments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing functions.
• Establish narrative positions, evidence standards, and consistent language across areas.
• Develop and manage a multi-year editorial roadmap centered on flagship research and thought leadership.
• Design and govern AI-powered systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, and content reuse.
• Lead executive publishing and advise senior leaders on market-ready narratives.
