MDPI Spain is seeking a Conference Organizer to plan and execute high-quality academic conferences and MDPI events in Barcelona. The role focuses on logistics, program development, marketing, and seamless on-site and online delivery.

You will coordinate with Chairs, editors, societies, and partners, manage event platforms, registrations, and payments, and support sponsorship opportunities while maintaining quality and budget adherence.

Formación

• 2–5 years of event coordination experience.
• Native Spanish speaker; fluent in English.
• Familiarity with academic publishing and scientific communities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning and execution of multiple academic events annually, including logistics and budgeting.
• Liaise with Chairs, editors, societies, speakers, attendees and vendors.
• Manage website content, registrations, abstracts, and payments.
