Revolut is seeking a Company Secretary to drive governance across the group, advising supervisory and management bodies, and supporting growth globally.

You will prepare agendas, draft minutes, and track actions while ensuring local compliance and timely filings, with strong stakeholder communication and English fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in law and/or a recognised company secretarial qualification (ICSA/CGI).
• 3+ years of similar working experience, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead board/committee arrangements and draft minutes.
• Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activities with minimal support.
• Strong team skills and ability to build relationships at senior level.
• Focus on client delivery, resilience, and ability to manage competing demands.
• Excellent communication to provide clear governance advice to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Providing autonomous governance support to supervisory and management bodies and committees.
• Preparing agendas, circulating packs, participating in meetings, drafting minutes, and tracking actions.
• Influencing at executive level to ensure local governance aligns with group processes.
• Arranging execution of corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions and KYC forms.
• Assisting Legal team to ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations.
• Overseeing statutory registers and filings with relevant authorities.
• Delivering roadmaps to improve governance and cross-functional initiatives.
• Representing Revolut globally to third parties like notaries and public institutions.
• Maintaining company records, including directors lists and annual accounts.
