Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Business Compliance Manager for Private Banking to advise on regulatory risk across investment and trading products. You will support product development, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with internal policies while enabling responsible growth.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position offers flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad, and sits within a dynamic, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory change management and impact assessment.
• Familiarity with end-to-end policy, procedure, and control design.
• Experience approving financial promotions in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints and conflicts of interest.
• In-depth knowledge of MiFID and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving new initiatives and entity expansions.
• Providing strategic guidance to Product, Operations, and Marketing on compliant implementations.
• Overseeing private banking entities for product reviews and client communications compliance.
• Reviewing and approving financial promotions and client communications.
• Developing and updating global private banking control frameworks to enable safe growth.
