Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise product and department heads on compliance requirements within the first line of defence. You will shape controls and governance, manage global regulatory risk across the credit portfolio, and align initiatives with product design and governance.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to embed regulatory requirements, ensuring timely approvals and consistent standards across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Solid understanding of retail credit products and customer journeys.
• Experience in a first-line compliance, business compliance, conduct risk, or similar function.
• Ability to translate regulations into simple operational requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance and conduct risk expertise to the 1LoD.
• Serve as the primary liaison with 2LoD compliance teams.
• Manage regulatory and conduct risk across the global credit portfolio.
• Ensure retail products remain compliant from launch to post-launch reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive implementation of changes.
• Contribute to controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee conduct risk activities including complaints, pricing, and vulnerable customers.
• Review breaches and incidents, partner with local teams to remediate.
• Coordinate internal audit and regulatory review exercises and resolve findings.
