Job summary

Videojet Technologies, part of Veralto, seeks a Global Communications Systems Engineer to support the European rollout of NICE CXone and CRM integrations. This remote role is based anywhere in Europe and requires availability during European business hours with limited travel.

You will collaborate with service, commercial, and IT teams to deploy, configure, and optimize contact center features, build dashboards, and create training materials to ensure reliable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying or supporting contact center platforms.
• Knowledge of PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP telephony.
• Experience integrating a contact center platform with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Experience gathering business requirements, producing functional or technical designs, and developing and executing tests.
• A degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or a related technical field; fluent English for technical and business communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local service, commercial, integration, and global teams to deliver contact center rollouts across Europe.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications balancing platform constraints, user experience, cost and value.
• Develop, configure, and enhance NICE CXone features, call flows, rules, alerts, processes, integrations, and automation.
• Provide hands-on support for telephony and communication applications, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and customer experience.
• Create SOPs, onboarding materials, and training for users and managers.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, data quality controls, and KPIs.
