Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is offering a Commercial Intern role designed to support the sales and commercial team with day‑to‑day tasks, such as preparing quotations, coordinating customer communication, and assisting with basic market or product activities.

The candidate will support Applications Engineers to prepare devices for proposals and order transfers, while learning technical (hydraulic, mechanical) and commercial concepts, and gaining experience with CRM tools in an international

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Team player; motivated and customer-focused; ability to work in a team and with customers.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• High integrity and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Applications Engineers to prepare devices for proposals and order transfer.
• Support development of tools and processes to improve daily activities and align with market trends.
• Learn technical concepts (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical) and commercial concepts (e.g., Market Level Price, Commercial Risks) and use of CRM.
