Flowserve Spain SL is seeking an Applications Engineer for an office-based role to develop solutions for customers and partners in industrial and special applications. You will work with sales, development and other specialists to prepare technical and commercial offers and close orders.

Key requirements include a BS/BA in a relevant field, 0–2 years’ experience, and fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and analytical abilities. The position is office-based in Madrid region.

Formación

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience as Applications Engineer or similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support of defined clientele in the office.
• Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals.
• Cost calculation, in cooperation with relevant departments.
• Technical and commercial preparation of offers.

Job Advertisement Role Summary

Flowserve is looking for a technically and commercially experienced salesperson in the office (Applications Engineer). In this function you will develop solutions for customers and partners for industrial and special applications. You will act as a product specialist in a team and work closely with the sales, development, and other specialist departments at the site.

Your role

• Support of the defined clientele in the office
• Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals
• Cost calculation, if necessary in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Technical and commercial preparation of offers
• Order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order)
• And any other duties as assigned

Your profile

• Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role such as, inside Sales Representative, Engineer.
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong technician acumen and analytical thinking.
• SAP knowledge
• Experience in dealing with common MS Office applications.
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience.
