Flowserve is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Service in Coslada to manage daily operations, drive service KPIs, and expand the customer base in coordination with sales. You will conduct service talks, close orders and service contracts, and oversee the site P&L while optimizing processes for efficiency.

The role requires university-level studies in mechatronics/mechanical/industrial engineering, strong English, and experience with SAP and MS Office. International travel is expected.

Formación

• University studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office in professional settings.
• Very good written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in international teams.
• Knowledge of pump technology and vacuum technology.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team and oversee operation KPIs for the site.
• Support and acquire customers in coordination with sales.
• Conduct sales talks, conclude orders and service contracts.
• Monitor and report site profit and loss; optimize service processes.
• Represent the Service Manager Germany in international contexts.
