Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial — Food Manufacturing (International) based in Spain. This leadership role holds full commercial P&L responsibility across multiple regions and requires strong negotiation with major retailers and private label partners.

The successful candidate will lead a regional sales team, shape the go‑to‑market strategy, and collaborate with the CEO on a packaging and brand refresh as part of the growth plan.

Formación

• 10–15+ years' experience in international commercial/sales leadership with P&L accountability.
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related category.
• Proven track record negotiating with major retail chains and private label suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full commercial P&L for Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
• Lead and develop a regional sales team and scale the structure as the business grows.
• Build and execute a commercial strategy across retail, foodservice, industrial and premium/branded channels.
• Negotiate directly with major retail and private label customers internationally.
• Partner with the CEO on brand and packaging refresh as part of growth strategy.
• Own annual budgeting and forecasting for the region.
