DashBook, a Barcelona-based publishing house, is hiring its Chief Marketing Officer to own the marketing strategy across multiple markets and guide a 12-person team. You will shape positioning for authors, readers and partners, and align marketing with sales and product.

The role requires seniority in fast-growth environments, budget and KPI management, talent development, and growth across France, Spain, UK/US, Italy, and future markets.

Qualificações

• Experience leading marketing teams in high-growth environments.
• Ability to set budgets and KPIs by market and channel.
• Strong collaboration with sales, design and product teams.
• Fluent in English and another major European language.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-market marketing strategy and positioning for creators and readers.
• Lead and develop a 12-person marketing team across consultants and content creation.
• Set budgets, KPIs and action plans; monitor variances and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with product and sales to align marketing with business objectives.
