DashBook is seeking a proactive Sales professional to develop the Italian market from our Barcelona base. You will identify talents, pitch editorial expertise, and coordinate with creative and marketing teams to drive successful publications. Fluency in Italian and English is required in our international setting.

The role offers uncapped variable compensation on top of a base salary in a dynamic publishing environment. A strong reader with social media savvy will thrive here.

As part of the Sales team, you’ll develop the Italian market.

Your missions:

• Identify new talents and spot emerging trends on social media.

• Present our editorial expertise, support, and added value to creators, convincing them to publish their future best-seller with DashBook.

• Support authors throughout the project and coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the success of each publication.

• Combine a passion for books with mastery of social media trends : you understand the importance of a beautiful printed book as well as the power of new technologies.

Salary : 26k€ with uncapped variable compensation.

Proactive, curious, and client-oriented, you represent the DashBook spirit if you are thorough, committed, and a team player.Being an avid reader is a real plus.The position is open to a junior profile, but prior experience in UGC or an influencer agency will be particularly appreciated.Native language : ItalianFluency in English, in addition to your native language, is required as we work in an international environment.
