Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and support patient recruitment. You will serve as the main contact for patients, screen patients by phone or email, and help connect doctors and patients while delivering first-class service.

Spanish-speaking candidates with English proficiency and a background in nursing or CRA roles are ideal. Flexible morning-to-evening hours are welcome; prior call center exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Background in nursing or clinical research.
• Experience handling customer requests by phone and email.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company as the contact person for patients.
• Screen patients (no sales calls; pure customer service).
• Assist doctors and patients in connecting with each other.
