Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Ideally 5+ years experience in clinical trial management or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical delivery of large, multi-regional studies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality deliverables.
• Manage project finances including EAC and changes to baseline.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Mentor and develop clinical team members.
• Deliver milestones and bid defense support as needed.
