IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced CPM/Sr CPM to lead oncology trials with a global/regional scope. The role emphasizes delivering studies on time, within budget, and with high quality while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of CPM experience, a strong background in oncology, and proven leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience including >1 year project management.
• Advanced knowledge of the job area, with regulatory understanding (ICH GCP).
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute clinical studies or assigned portions per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Participate in bid defenses and lead smaller regional studies when appropriate.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and prepare information for stakeholders, monitor risks.
• Manage change control, forecast opportunities, and ensure project delivery.
• Provide input on team performance and staff development.
