IQVIA Biotech is recruiting for an experienced CPM/Sr CPM to join our oncology-focused team in Madrid with regional responsibilities across Europe. The role requires steering clinical studies from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and cost efficiency, and leading cross-functional collaboration to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of CPM experience in oncology trials, strong English communication, and familiarity with regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience including > 1 year project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Broad protocol knowledge; therapeutic area knowledge in oncology would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of project financials including experience managing contractual obligations and implications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including very good command of English language.
• Good software and computer skills.
• Ability to work across geographies displaying high awareness and understanding of cultural differences.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery.
• Set objectives of the core project team and communicate performance.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and manage study issues.
• Monitor progress against contract and prepare project information for stakeholders.
• Manage risk and lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
• Maintain primary or backup project contact with customer and manage relationships with key contacts.
• Build the cross-functional project team and ensure delivery to milestones and issue resolution.
• Ensure the financial success of the project and forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue.
