The role focuses on managing central labs, IRT, eCOA/ePRO, imaging, and PR&R with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical operations with vendor oversight, GxP/ICH knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical operations experience overseeing vendors.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations.
• Proficiency in vendor management and contracting.
• Experience with UAT for eCOA and IRT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Oncology-focused clinical trials experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for vendor service delivery at study level.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor deliverables ensuring timelines, scope, quality and compliance.
• Translate protocol requirements into vendor specs and SOWs.
• Oversee vendor financials including forecasting, invoices, PO management.
• Lead UAT for vendor systems (eCOA, IRT) and contribute to validation.
• Drive site activation from a vendor perspective and manage risks.
• Manage vendor performance against KPIs with corrective actions.
