Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior for Processes and Quality in Global Classification in Madrid. You will drive the standardization of customs processes, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and define KPIs through audits across the organization.

Travel up to 25% will be required as you guide operational customs teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance data quality and digital solutions.

Formación

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in KPI development, data analysis, root cause analysis, and risk identification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of global classification processes, policies, standards, and work instructions.
• Ensure process compliance through governance activities, controls, monitoring, audits, and regular quality reviews across the global classification organization.
• Maintain and develop the global quality framework, including KPIs, reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support classification teams globally by providing process guidance, technical expertise, and resolution support for complex classification challenges.
• Analyze process performance, classification quality, and operational trends to identify risks and drive optimization opportunities.
