Impala Terminals Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced HSE Systems, Governance & Assurance Lead to shape the global HSE management framework, drive data integrity and deliver assurance across sites.

You will partner with regional leaders, manage digital HSE systems, dashboards, and audits, and lead continuous improvement in risk management, compliance with ISO standards and ESG reporting.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in OH&S or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in HSE systems, governance or reporting.
• Experience in high-risk industries (terminals/logistics/oil & gas).
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain global governance framework for HSE systems, data, reporting and assurance.
• Ensure HSE data is accurate, complete, timely, secure and auditable.
• Lead digital systems for incident management, audits, training and ESG reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decisions and risk insights.
• Provide independent assurance reporting to senior leadership on governance and performance.
• Drive regional adoption of HSE standards and reporting practices.
