You will guide cross-functional teams, align global designs with local realities, and ensure value creation through simplification and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading business transformation and process optimization in international environments.
• Solid ERP background with hands-on SAP implementations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural projects.
• Deep expertise in transactional sales processes, such as pricing, quotations, order management, and EDI.
• Good functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Finance, Data, and Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent communication, structuring, and problem-solving skills with emphasis on simplification and standardization.
• An agile, analytical, and collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in remote/international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to one week per month).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of standardized business processes and modern ERP solutions, ensuring they are simple, scalable, and aligned with global standards.
• Support business teams in adopting common processes, data, and reporting tools for more efficient operations.
• Transform ways of working by guiding transitions to future-state models with governance alignment.
• Collaborate with local teams to translate global solutions into tangible business impact.
• Collect improvement requests and work with global process owners to evolve solutions.
• Engage regularly with global process owners, business leaders, and sponsors to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
