International Business in Madrid is seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO during a pivotal growth phase and digital evolution. You will lead financial transformation, scale the finance function (10+ reports) and ensure regulatory compliance across Spain.
The role reports to the CEO and boards, driving strategic financial direction while delivering operational excellence and investor relations across Europe.
Formación
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
- Strong experience leading ERP implementations and digital finance transformation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned to growth objectives.
- Lead ERP implementation and broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Drive project profitability analysis across multiple revenue streams.
- Oversee accounting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance in Spain.
- Evaluate capital structure, support fundraising initiatives and manage investor relationships.
- Strengthen financial systems, controls and reporting frameworks.
- Provide commercial insight and board-level financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor and scale the finance team.
