Zusammenfassung

BBVA’s Global Transaction Banking unit seeks a senior professional to lead end-to-end RFP processes and promote a broad range of cash management solutions across its international network.

You will coordinate with GTB management, sector bankers, transaction bankers and product specialists to deliver competitive, client-focused proposals, and ensure high-quality pricing and materials across countries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Management / GTB products globally and locally.
• 7+ years of commercial experience working with multinational clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Experience using approved AI tools to improve processes and content.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive end-to-end RFP processes with cross-border inputs and timely submissions.
• Lead complex, cross-border opportunities with GTB management, bankers and product specialists.
• Define business strategy and commercial plan for cash management RFP proposals.
• Standardise RFP processes, tools and governance across countries.
• Oversee pricing, client materials and presentations for shortlisted opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline, follow-ups and outcomes with regular reporting.
