Santander is seeking a Cash Management – Liquidity Product Associate based in Madrid to join the Global Cash Management team. You will help expand the liquidity product offering, support product development, and liaise with GTB Cash Sales to align client needs with strategic goals.

The role requires 3+ years in cash management or liquidity products, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills for a global, hybrid work

Formación

• 3+ years in Cash Management, Liquidity Products, Treasury or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client requirements and industry trends for liquidity products.
• Support development and governance of new liquidity offerings.
• Produce end-to-end product documentation for approvals.
• Collaborate with GTB Cash Sales and Product teams to align with strategic goals.
