Talan Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its Global Banking Operations (GTO) team in Madrid. You will coordinate people, processes and timelines, acting as the single point of contact for project organisation and scheduling across Sponsors, Partners and operational teams.

Key duties include driving on-time delivery within scope and budget, defining governance, and maintaining documentation while promoting best practices and risk control.

Formación

• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally in international or corporate settings.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing interaction.
• Strong stakeholder management to engage at different levels of the org.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines and tasks efficiently.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to synthesize information.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within scope/budget.
• Define objectives, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress and milestones.
• Monitor project performance using PM tools and methodologies.
• Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation actions.
• Escalate issues and risks in a timely, structured manner.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and governance.
• Coordinate meetings and decision-making across stakeholders.
• Support governance and change management initiatives across the org.
• Assist with new technologies adoption (Blockchain, RPA, OCR, Data Analytics).
