Job summary

MTS Globe Group is seeking a Business Controller to join our Controlling team in Palma. You will deliver accurate P&L reporting, lead budgeting, and oversee monthly and annual closings across multiple destinations, ensuring data quality and strategic insights for management.

The role requires a 3+ year background in tourism finance or analysis, with fluency in English and Spanish, and strong teamwork in multicultural environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis, or performance management role within the tourism industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate Profit & Loss reporting across destinations.
• Guide financial performance to align with business objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with ambitious yet achievable targets.
• Oversee monthly and annual closing activities with transparency and control.
• Support senior management with financial insights and analysis for decision-making.
• Monitor sales performance to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Foster data quality and collaboration between humans and AI.
