Job summary

MTS Globe, a leading destination management company, seeks a Business Operations Analyst to transform data into insights that drive performance across destinations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and BI teams, analyze performance, and help budgeting and forecasting. A dynamic, international environment offers growth and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/ tourism field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis/controlling within tourism.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide guidance from a Profit & Loss perspective.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and BI teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Promote data quality and continuous improvement.

As a Business Operations Analyst, reporting to the Area Head, you will transform financial, commercial, and operational data into insights that drive business performance and support decision-making across our destinations.

By bringing people, technology, and business expertise together, we create clarity and confidence in decision-making, turning data into insights and insights into action to drive sustainable growth. You will play a key role in making this happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Provide financial and operational guidance from a Profit & Loss perspective.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Promote data quality, process understanding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or a similar role within the tourism industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Spanish is highly valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
