Marsh is seeking an Account Manager for its GBM team in Madrid. The role is hybrid and requires being in the office at least three days per week.

You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients, coordinate across teams, and advise on global employee benefits strategies to improve governance and cost effectiveness. We value a degree in a related field, 5+ years in employee benefits, native Spanish with strong English, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Management, Economics, Law, Sociology, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within employee benefits.
• Native-level Spanish and strong English skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage different audiences.
• Collaborative and capable of working both in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain and maintain high customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and communicate across teams to ensure successful client delivery and global benefits management.
• Manage insurable benefits daily, support implementation, and ensure timely, high-quality data and alignment between internal and external teams.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and Marsh local brokers, guiding internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Deliver materials and present results during client meetings and renewals.
• Support local and global teams and identify sales opportunities.
