Marsh Health and Benefits in Madrid is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our Global Benefits Management (GBM) team. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days per week and to work closely with HR, Reward and Procurement leaders to deliver compliant, cost-effective benefits programs for multinational clients.

You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain, coordinate across teams, oversee daily insurable benefits, and present

Formación

• A degree in HR, management, economics, law, sociology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in employee benefits.
• Native-level Spanish and strong English (minimum B2).
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure loyalty and satisfaction and client retention.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure successful delivery of global benefits per guidelines.
• Handle clients' insurable benefits daily, support implementation, and ensure timely, high-quality data.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams and brokers, guiding stakeholders.
• Deliver materials to clients and present results during meetings.
• Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.
• Support local and global teams and new sales opportunities.
