Marsh in Madrid is seeking a Sales Executive to design and deliver risk management solutions and provide outstanding client service. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana), with regular in-office days.

You will engage potential clients, work with specialists to craft proposals, and drive negotiations to close deals while exceeding targets. Strong English and Spanish, CRM familiarity, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, on-site client visits and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design high-value proposals that address clients' needs.
• Lead negotiations, contract preparation and deal closures with the Account Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the team's growth.
• Stay up to date on our products and services and clearly communicate their value proposition to current and prospective clients.
