Talan Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Global Banking Operations (GTO) department. You will coordinate people, processes and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will be the single point of contact for project organisation, coordination and scheduling, working with Sponsors, Partners and operational teams across the organisation. The role is hybrid and based in Madrid, Spain, offering private medical insurance, life insurance, language

Formación

• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within a complex, international or corporate environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels of an organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and actions.
• Monitor project performance using PM tools and methodologies.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks with mitigation actions.
• Escalate issues and delays to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, status reports and meeting minutes.
• Conduct organisational and process analyses for projects under responsibility.
• Define and lead project governance with Sponsors, Partners and Contributors.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and decision-making processes across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of processes while managing operational and compliance risks.
• Assist operational teams during organisational changes and new processes.
• Promote sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the organisation.
• Contribute to transversal and strategic projects and governance of the GTO.
• Support initiatives involving new technologies such as Blockchain, RPA/RDA, OCR and Data Analytics.
