Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Madrid, Spain or Dublin, Ireland digital center of excellence.

You will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC. You will collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, use digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities, and play a key role in shaping our pipeline.

Qualifications

• Business awareness, curiosity, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English (C1) required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Sales to build a territory plan and identify revenue opportunities.
• Use digital sales tools to convert inbound/outbound leads into qualified opportunities for field reps.
• Contribute to the sales pipeline and help the team close deals more efficiently.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
• Ensure enablement and trainings are part of daily operating rhythm.
• Learn from and participate in global projects and initiatives.
