Job summary

IDNEO in Mollet del Vallès, Spain is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to coordinate electronics-enabled automotive or medtech projects. The role blends technical management with key account responsibilities in a hybrid setup, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets while coordinating clients, engineers and operations.

You will be the main contact for all participants, lead client and team meetings, draft RFQs, allocate resources and establish project plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing electronics projects in automotive or medtech.
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience with international, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between clients, technical teams and operations.
• Lead meetings with clients and technical teams.
• Draft and present RFQs and proposals.
• Allocate resources and establish project timelines.
• Monitor project development and deviations.
