Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in product engineering, dealing with complete, complex products or electro‑mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on mentality: interact directly with the physical product and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in managing complex BOMs and overseeing system‑level architecture.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles with strong technical discussions and negotiations.
• English advanced level.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End System Leadership: Owns the product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing for complex machines.
• Hands-on Engineering & Problem Solving: Work directly with prototypes and drive technical solutions.
• Customer Facing & Requirements Management: Primary technical contact translating needs into specs.
• Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Lead mechanical, hardware, software, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• BOM & System Architecture Management: Oversee BOMs and track complex assemblies.
• Design & Architecture Oversight: Guide macro mechanical architecture and conduct system reviews.
• Risk Analysis: Drive DFMEA/PFMEA at system level and manage engineering changes.
• Testing, Validation & Industrialization: Lead system testing and mass-production readiness.
