Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead automotive-sector projects in Barcelona or Madrid. You will manage project planning, teams, diagnostics, and client-ready deliverables within a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-pace settings (consulting, IB, or similar), English/Spanish/Catalan fluency, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. Hybrid work and international client exposure are offered.

• Lead project planning with timelines, resources, tasks, and action plans.
• Coordinate internal project teams, workloads, and deliverables.
• Oversee diagnostics and analytics aligned with client needs.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a high-growth environment.
• Develop deep understanding of client sector and business.
• Lead commercial proposals within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, defining timelines, resources, tasks, and action plans, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage different internal project teams, including workloads, project objectives, scope, roles and deliverables, ensuring clear coordination and oversight of junior members.
• Manage project diagnostics and analytics, overseeing global deliverables and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Manage multiple workstreams, with ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a hyper-growth environment.
• Gain deep understanding of the client's sector and business to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead commercial proposals within your area of responsibility.
