JN Recruitment is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth in advanced automation solutions, including plasma coating, surface treatment, thermoforming, and bespoke equipment.

You will develop and execute market strategies, deliver technical training, build a global partner network, and provide regular sales insights to leadership. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with occasional visits to the headquarters in Belgium.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a technical sales role within automation.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel up to 30% internationally and to HQ in Belgium.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the automation market.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations.
• Build and manage a strong partner network.
• Deliver sales presentations and technical papers to customers and partners.
• Manage sales activities, forecasts and pipelines; provide regular insights.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
