Saphetor is seeking an Application Scientist, Team Lead to lead and scale our global team of Application Scientists within the commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of bioinformatics, clinical genomics, and leadership, supporting customers from pre-sales to post-sales.

You will drive the team's strategic direction, optimize workflows, mentor colleagues, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align roadmap priorities.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in a related field.
• Experience managing commercial or technical teams.
• Hands-on clinical genomics and NGS analysis exposure.
• Strong communication to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the global Application Science team; define KPIs and resource allocation.
• Oversee pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations on roadmaps.
• Represent Saphetor at conferences and engage with KOLs.
