Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Scientific Product Manager to lead GenAI products across scientific domains. You will define the product vision, create roadmaps, and translate complex scientific needs into clear requirements for engineering and design.

This role emphasizes collaboration with data science, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value. You will drive adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate on product launches, with a focus on pharma, biotech, or digital health contexts.

Qualifications

• BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant product management experience in software.
• Ability to turn ambiguous scientific challenges into structured product plans.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and internal scientific teams

What You Bring

• BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field
• 5+ years’ relevant experience, including product management for software products
• Ability to turn ambiguous scientific challenges into structured product plans
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Familiarity with data analysis (Python, R, or MATLAB a plus)
