Job summary

You will advance laboratory capabilities, influence quality and manufacturing partners, and guide strategic decisions with a focus on compliance and efficiency. The role requires deep analytical expertise, strong communication, and international travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in analytical sciences within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, data integrity, validation and regulatory expectations.
• Deep expertise in chromatographic techniques and method lifecycle management.
• Experience with analytics troubleshooting and technology transfers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global RLT laboratory transformation roadmap with measurable initiatives.
• Guide Quality Control and Analytical Science teams on complex decisions.
• Establish cross-site governance and portfolio priorities for analytical labs.
• Drive harmonization of methods, processes, and equipment globally.
• Lead automation, digitalization and AI-enabled laboratory transformations.
• Represent Analytical Science in technology transfers and global deployments.
