Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. in Barcelona seeks an Associate Director BPA - Biomedical Research to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across Neuroscience and other disease areas.

You will partner with global research leaders, drive long-range planning, and provide strategic decision support through business cases and scenario analyses. This role combines finance expertise with scientific insight.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: €59,100 to €109,700 The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
