Novartis is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Finance in Barcelona to transform complex finance challenges into AI-enabled digital products used by thousands of users. You will own outcomes, drive adoption, and shape the product strategy to improve decision-making at scale.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives across the finance product portfolio in a hybrid work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Proven product management experience with ownership of strategy, prioritization, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience defining product requirements, success metrics, and user-centered solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving execution and continuous improvement.
• Practical understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for applying them in product management.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for improving how people work through digital innovation.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with finance, analytics, or operational workflow products; track record of identifying when to integrate versus build.
• Practical familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, how systems work) and relevant certifications in product management, data analytics, or AI/ML -related disciplines.

• Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 40,500 - 75,300 EUR gross.
• The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
• In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
