You will lead product strategy from discovery through delivery, influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and drive measurable business outcomes across a global user base. You will help define how artificial intelligence, agentic workflows, and emerging technologies are embedded into Digital Finance solutions used across Novartis. Working closely with engineering, product design, and data teams, you will guide the development of intelligent products - where correctness and user trust are non-negotiable- that simplify decision-making, unlock productivity, and drive adoption at scale. You combine strategic thinking with execution excellence, bring strong technical curiosity, and drive measurable AI product outcomes. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 59,100 – 109,700 EUR gross. The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
