Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Spain is seeking an AF Gateway Operations Specialist to manage the transportation and compliance of outbound shipments from pickup to customer billing, ensuring service commitments are met and company objectives are achieved. The role demands strong organizational skills, fluent English and Spanish, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

A High School Diploma and 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience are preferred; completion of related courses is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Completion of related industry courses is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates shipment processing and confirms routing and tracking events.
• Pays terminal charges and confirms AMS information and customs clearance status.
• Schedules and monitors airport transfers.
• Creates broker arrival notices for internal or external broker.
• Contributes to implementation of department procedures to maximize productivity.
• Monitors and resolves accounts payable issues within area of responsibility.
