The role leads the holistic AI security program, establishes governance, risk management, and security controls to ensure secure and trustworthy AI across AXA's AI initiatives, with emphasis on ecosystem collaboration and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or related field with leadership in data science or AI security.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle and AI security threats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run AI security program per NIST CSF adapted for AI.
• Lead risk assessments for AI models and data.
• Define security standards for AI/ML lifecycle.
• Oversee monitoring for model drift and AI attacks.
• Coordinate incident response playbooks for AI security events.
