Arxada is seeking an experienced AI Security Leader to own the company’s security program for AI initiatives. You will define the strategy, governance, and roadmaps to ensure secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions.

You will build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program, manage data leakage and model misuse risks, and align diverse stakeholders to drive decisive actions and compliant outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communication and program management, translating technical topics into business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and enforce AI security governance and standards for secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions.
• Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response.
• Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks such as data leakage, model misuse, and prompt injection.
• Act as the central point of accountability for AI security, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, Legal, and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution.
• Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions
• Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments
• Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and program management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP
