Banco Santander SA in Madrid is seeking a Product Adoption & Value Lead to drive adoption and value realization of AI integration capabilities across countries. You will coordinate workshops, capture requirements and define adoption plans, KPI tracking and measurable business impact.

You will build business cases, maintain an adoption backlog, and collaborate with product engineering, AI specialists and solution architects to ensure repeatability and strong governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in product management, agile, project/program management, cloud, finance, transformation or AI/data.
• Experience driving adoption of technology capabilities across multiple stakeholders, teams, countries or business areas.
• Experience preparing business cases, KPI frameworks, benefits tracking, executive dashboards or value-realization materials.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and actions in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, Santander/SDS technology areas or another regulated enterprise environment.
• Languages: English (full professional), Spanish (working), Portuguese (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Support rollout and adoption of AI Integration & Migration capabilities across countries.
• Maintain and qualify the opportunity pipeline with priorities, owners, next steps and decisions.
• Build and maintain business cases with baselines, savings hypotheses, costs, value drivers and KPIs.
• Translate country needs and feedback into product backlog and roadmap inputs.
• Coordinate across vendors, product engineering, DevOps, architecture, cybersecurity and country teams to maintain momentum.
• Prepare concise materials for product reviews and executive updates.
• Help countries identify where AI-enabled integration, migration, modernization or decommissioning can generate measurable value and support governance.
