Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for a new AI-enabled assessment experience. You will collaborate with AI/ML, engineering, design, and research to build a secure, enterprise-grade product and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Formación

• At least several years of product management experience, ideally with AI-powered or innovative digital products.
• Experience working closely with AI/ML, engineering, or research teams.
• Comfortable shaping 0→1 products, experimenting, and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong user-centered design instincts and the ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Familiarity with learning, assessment, or talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision and roadmap for a new interactive, AI-enabled assessment experience.
• Use emerging AI capabilities to shape a secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise-grade assessment product.
• Engage with our enterprise customers and internal partners to understand needs, validate opportunities, and inform prioritisation.
• Collaborate with psychometrics, research, engineering, design, and UX to build a high-quality, evidence-aligned experience.
• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver the roadmap and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Collaborate with our go-to-market teams to support customer acquisition, market expansion, and commercial strategy.
• Communicate a clear, compelling product story that aligns teams and builds enthusiasm for the product’s value.
