Job summary

EADA Business School in Barcelona is seeking a creative Admission Officer Trainee to support prospective student engagement within the Bachelor Admissions team. This paid, part-time internship (20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in admissions, marketing, and communications in an international setting.

You will draft emails, newsletters, and social content, manage leads, assist with events, and help onboard new students, while developing strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate in a related field.
• English level: minimum B2.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• People-oriented profile with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Canva and intermediate Excel skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and adapt emailings and promotional communications for prospective students and families.
• Create and coordinate content for Newsletters.
• Support the creation and publication of Social Media content.
• Create, edit and manage visual content using Canva.
• Support the Admissions Manager with the follow-up and management of leads and prospective students.
• Assist with the organisation and follow-up of events and engagement activities.
• Assist the Admissions Advisor with the onboarding procedures for new students.
• Provide general support to the Bachelor Admissions team in daily activities and projects.
• Contribute with ideas and initiatives to improve the candidate experience and engagement journey.
