Job summary

Exoticca is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full AP cycle for our ground travel products. You will ensure accurate payments, support monthly closings, and contribute to financial reporting in NetSuite.

Based in Barcelona, you’ll work within a dynamic, multicultural finance team, collaborating with operations and vendors to enhance data integrity and automate controls in a fast-growing travel company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• +3 years in Accounts payable, General accounting and billing.
• Knowledge of national and international taxes, intercompany transactions and payroll.
• Advanced Excel and Office package skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage year-end close: AP-related journal entries, reconciliations and schedules.
• Own end-to-end AP lifecycle for flight/ticketing and intercompany operations.
• Prepare monthly AP aging, assess collectability and accuracy.
• Review invoice data integrity and validate AP transactions.
• Collaborate with Land & Travel Ops to improve efficiency and reporting.
